At 1000 - 1850 metres,
Alpbach is a village full of flowers. Its picturesque appearance
is accentuated by its position amongst the mountains. Alpbach has
been voted the prettiest village in Austria. Small, cosy mountain
village, 50 km north-east of Innsbruck. Locally: boutiques, bar.

Access
The closest major international airport
to Alpbach is Munich, 160km (100 miles) north west. The smaller airport
of Innsbruck is only 60km (37 miles) away. Drivers arriving via the
Inn Valley motorway should take the Kramsach Valley exit and follow the
well made road 12km (7 miles) south to the village. The nearest rail
station is at Brixlegg, 12km (8 miles) from the resort.
